Membership Levels

Please check the eligibilities of different membership categories to decide which one fits you better.

Ordinary

Eligibility

  • Open to nny sole proprietorship, partnership or company registered with ACRA operating one or more self-service laundry outlets, or a master franchisee of a self-service laundry brand.
  • One membership per legal entity, regardless of outlet count. Each entity needs to have a different email address to apply.
  • Full voting rights
  • Eligible for Council office

Fees

  • Joining Fee (one-off) * : 100 SGD
  • Annual Fee (per ACRA entity, unlimited stores): 200 SGD

Associate

Eligibility

  • Open to suppliers, equipment distributors, service providers, consultants and logistics support to the laundromat industry.
  • One membership per legal entity, regardless of outlet count. Each entity needs to have a different email address to apply.
  • No voting rights
  • Not eligible for Council office
  • May sit on subcommittees by invitation.

Fees

  • Joining Fee (one-off) * : 100 SGD
  • Annual Fee (per ACRA entity, unlimited stores): 200 SGD

* Members registered by 31 December 2026 enjoy an early-bird waiver of the joining fee.

How To Join

  1. APPLY — Submit the membership application form ONLINE with your ACRA business profile extract and outlet list.
  2. REVIEW — The Honorary Secretary verifies eligibility and tables your application at the next Council meeting.
  3. DECISION — Council admits by simple majority. If declined, you may reapply after 12 months.
  4. ACTIVATE — Membership begins once your annual subscription is paid and a signed Code of Conduct declaration is submitted. You will receive A Welcome Email once your membership is activated.
